Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final Because we sell digital virtual items for Roblox, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item has been delivered to your account.

2. Why No Refunds? Once an item is sent to your Roblox account, it cannot be "taken back." We cannot verify if you have used, traded, or sold the item, so all sales are considered final upon delivery.

3. Exceptions (When We Might Refund) We will only consider a refund in these very specific cases:

  • Delivery Failure: The item was not delivered to your Roblox account within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our end.
  • Wrong Item: You received a completely different item than what you ordered.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.

4. How to Request a Refund If you believe you qualify for one of the exceptions above:

  1. Contact us at https://discord.gg/Xenned within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Include your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Important Note on Chargebacks If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") without contacting us first, we will permanently ban your account and report the incident to Roblox. You will remain liable for the full amount of the purchase.

6. User Error We are not responsible for refunds if:

  • You typed the wrong Roblox username.
  • You bought the wrong item by mistake.
  • Your Roblox account was banned or hacked by a third party.
